We have a Severity 1 Ticket open, but we are stuck behind an automated billing block (sanctions prevent our local cards from working).

Supabase has already sponsored us with 4 months of their Pro plan, and we urgently need Vercel's help with the rest of the infrastructure. Our complete needs are:
1. Pro Plan support: To keep the site from crashing as emergency traffic surges.
2. Domain & Email Alerts: We need help bypassing the checkout to get a $10 custom domain, which is strictly required to authenticate our DNS and send critical email alerts to families via Resend.

Could any Vercel staff / DevRel please ping support to look at our ticket right now? Lives are literally depending on this today.
