Might be wrong here but if you're using cookie state then you shouldn't use cacheComponents

If however you're trying to use PPR then the component using the cookie should be a client component and then it shouldn't e a problem

You can also not await the cookie on the page, pass it to a client or server component and then await or use use() and wrap in suspense
