Hello,

I am during migration to cache components. I noticed (well, rate limiter is triggered so many times) that there are several prefetch calls, compared to previous version. I notice differences in sizes of responses.

What's the cause?

- I use on-hover prefetch, but the same happens with normal prefetch, set to null
- Tested on both Next v15 and v16, behaves correctly without cacheComponents
