layout cannot find global.css

I just install the app@latest with recomended settings.I ask a friend to do the same and it works on his computer
p.s. I love programming T_T

go to command palette, type "typescript select", find "Select Typescript Version" then select the one thats pointing to "node_modules"

afaik it doesn't break it, you can still build and dev normally

No i cant build it.the globals.css breaks

im not sure what causes it
outdated typescript extension? idk

Idk it works now.before just everything in the basic globalcss file gave error.
