Yes, it's fully customizable and the page you showed obviously shows how to style it.

These libraries have specific setups. I have never played with gsap before. But if you decide to use Embla Carousel, I might be able to help.

Do you have an example? I'm not gonna know what card animation do you have in your mind. Flipping? Fading? Transition X, Transition Y?
Regardless, you can do anything. You create a slide component, and in the component you can add as many animation/transition you can drema of. As long as you know how to style.
