Since I switched to TailwindCss v4, my project won't build in Vercel. I followed the steps outlined here : https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation/framework-guides/nextjs. This works locally, but when I try to deploy the build fails because it "Can't resolve 'tailwindcss" in the global.css file.
