CSS module styles not updating on change

Hello! I have a problem where when I update my css files, no matter if its the globals file, or any .module.css file for my components, i dont see the changes in the UI

Its not even working when restarting the app or reloading the page
I'd appreciate if anyone could help me!

btw i just noticed it works fine in chrome, the issue is only in safari
