Hello everyone, I am a Fullstack Web Developer. I would like to learn how to create beautiful and user-friendly interfaces, as well as animations. (I usually use Framer Motion for animations.) What would you recommend using—Framer or Figma? Also, where should I start learning UX/UI? I appreciate your advice!

try to take a look at websites, that you feel like they have a good UI/UX. Then try to see boxes around everything: where are the boxes, where do they align with other elements, hows the spacing between them, ...
After you done that to some pages, you will find a pattern what every page does the same. Now you can create on your own this pattern. Try it in figma if you experienced there, else try in CSS & html. With a bit of training, you get used to it 👍
