My Problem is after changing images and make a production build on the live domain the old images still appear even I MAKE A refresh but on web the images are changed perfectly

Have you tried a different browser
like safari or firefox to see if the issue is the same
it could be due to a browser caching
or vercel build caching
are you under cloudflare?
