Component structure and good code practices?

Can someone give me a little feedback in this page?
I would really appreciate it. There are a lot of tutorials who teach good practices and clean code, but even then, taking 3-4 approaches and putting them together in one component/page still feels like bad code, so I would like if if someone would actually confirm that this is at least decent. I wrote a few comments asking questions in the file. Thanks.
