I'm having an issue with Next.js 14.2.23. When I call a server action that will revalidate the page at the end, and during that action If I navigate back and then return to the page before the action finishes, the page doesn't revalidate with the new data when the action completes. I have to either navigate back and forth again or manually refresh to see the changes.

The revalidation works fine if I stay on the same page without navigating.
