1. Enter your dashboard (signin if needed): https://vercel.com/dashboard
2. Click Add New...
3. Choose Project
4. Press Import for the correct github project (signin to github if needed)
5. Press Deploy

So in 5 steps you have your app deployed

If you can help with that I'd really appreciate it. I dont know how to correct the right dir and outdir of the file which is why I am facing troubles
