You can see the stuff that you should change under it, to imrove your performance value: (see attached)
For example work on the images & the biggest/first image
Take a look at it here: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-nuvex-bot-xyz/scmwxcf1i2?form_factor=mobile&hl=en

read this: https://nextjs.org/docs/app/building-your-application/data-fetching/fetching
That's best practice and a pretty helpful guide on how to cache data perfectly
I guess the most interesting part for you is this one: [Click ME](https://nextjs.org/docs/app/building-your-application/data-fetching/fetching#caching-data-with-an-orm-or-database)

hmm... your website loads pretty fast on my phone. Maybe there is something wrong with your cloudflare configuration as it's directly visible instead of checking the request in the background

I removed cloud flare try again also with dashboard

your website still loads pretty fast on my phone. As you removed your cloudflare, search engines can now index your site good (as you can see on the good seo score now).
I don't see any long loading times on mobile. So maybe it's just your internet connection on your phone (your WLAN)
