I'm writing a fairly simple app which is caching some static content for ISR, and I had an idle thought - can I inspect the caches somehow, in my dev build, to see that what I believe is cached actually is, or is not?

Is that just the fetch cache, or all the caches?

I looked. It appears to have the tags in that I care about.
