How many servers do i need for a webapp

Hey , i hope you had an enjoyable day.
I have a Delivery app and i need some help.
We developed front end with nextjs and react
And our backend built with golang
We have 2 Applications built with ReactNative
Our database is in mongodb and postgresql
And our question is how many servers do we need ? Should we host all these parts on a dedicated server or a vps .. or we need separate servers to host them.
We are based on iran and I don't think vercel be the best option ..
