Custom Cache Handler + Tigris (S3 api). Failed to pipe response. Need Help.

Hello folks.
I'm setting up an Tigris backed cache handler based on Lee simple cache-handle logic from next-self-host.
The code is kinda working but maybe for like 10-20% of my responses I'm getting and error 500 with a failed to pipe response. Anyone have any ideia what I could do differently?
The code is hosted on fly.io + tigris integration.
