I made absolutely no changes, woke up and now i'm getting

<w> [webpack.cache.PackFileCacheStrategy] Caching failed for pack: Error: Unable to snapshot resolve dependencies

I've tried deleting .next, yarn.lock, node_modules, installing everything, still doesn't work.

Nextjs 14 app router, Macos
