Im wondering how can i make a cool background like some beams in the background, dots, etc... How are the developers making them ?

mostly there are done with some svg's that are path animated. Sometimes it's also just a big dot that gets a lot of blur. Then maybe there a is gradient or or or. There are many things you can do
