best video hosting next-video (low pop website)

Hi got a customer who wants a single video on their site. Looked at next-video, turns out I would need something like mux. Mux is overkill = too much money for not that much use, as their wont be many people seeing the video at the end of the month. What would be the best option here?

Why not upload the video on the cloud storage and then just use

yeah aren't most cdn's paid though for videos?
i'm probably gonna use mux if i can't find anything for free. I like the next-video player and it works easy with mux
just sucks it'll cost money :>
