react-infinite-scroll-component works only one time

I have an infinite scrolling component on which i provided everything needed for that component. I dont know why it doesnt work multiple times, only once. In pictures is the code

It inittialy renders the three users that i have already passed in, then it renders on more user (the code works) and then i get stuck on the loader
