When generating text with AI like chatGPT it often creates headings like this:
#Example Heading
Can I preserve that in my database either by saving it as markdown or HTML?

Just save it as is. The database shouldn't be charge of presenting the content, only serving.

But I mean when I want to later show the result to the user I still want the headings that the AI made to be preserved
