redirect function is not working in POST api route

I am new to next.js, I was trying to integrate hono with next.js I can able to redirect from get api handle using hono api, and redirect function. But I couldn't able to redirect from post api handle.
Next version: 14.2.15

I could able to see the get request to the redirected route, but window.location.href isn't changing
