Hi everyone, I am experiencing stupidly slow fast refresh speeds when trying to develop a new next.js project. Has tailwind installed with a single page, trying to add or remove anything is a nightmare. Please see screenshot, hot reload taking around 5 seconds to register changes on the screen. Internet speed is 300mbps, VPS internet speed & Geekbench score:
