To be honest, I haven't finished my React course on Udemy. But I think I have a strong grasp on the basic in React. I understand about Hooks like Reducer, useState, useContext, etc..... . Can I start learning Next JS right now?

Next.js is basically built on top of React with additional features like SSR, server side functions, Api Routes.
I'm not sure but I think you can learn both together.
