I have different parallel routes that consumes the same data from an api that is considered live data and could be changed at any time.
Is there a recommended approach to align the data so one route component doesn’t become stale and diverges when another route component updates its data

The cache is completely turned off in the fetch call. Can I still utilize tags in somehow?
