hi, falks! Can you recommend me a tool for writing git commits, or patterns and resources like all, but most important a tool, that can automate a bit of the process
also if I have a lot of unrelated changes, what should I do? Should I write one commit with all of them and good long description about all of them, or unstage them, and start adding related commits together and then commiting them separately?

normally you work only on one topic. And normally you also work on that topic, until it's finished. And after you finished the specific topic, you commit it (stage all & commit all).
Most people start their commit messages by using any verb and then what happended. For example:
"added new groups to the layout" or "removed basic auth from middleware" or ...
Like that you get serveral small commits and can then push them either all at once or at a specific point of time. For example at the end of the day
