I think the error message is pretty self-explanatory. U prolly used it too much in short period of time, so wait for awhile & try again later.

But curious, how can I increase the limit?
Instead of, let's suppose, 10 requests per minute to maybe 100 requests to per second
I know that is a pretty high value but how can I do smtg similar?

you prolly need to upgrade your plan on gemini AI or something? I am not sure, never really tried it. but that should be it, need to upgrade the plan somewhere

you can like host that yourself if you want :D
if yes, dm me and i can help you with setting up the keys
it can easily handle more than 100 requests at once, it improves the more keys you give it (more projects)
it can handle failure of entire queues, store in pending queues etc
