Rotating loading image resets in the middle of loading

Watch the video I attached and you will see that the spinner (an image) starts spinning but resets and starts again halfways through (also it seems to be when the sign in button shows which could be hydration??) not sure.

any explanation of whats happening behind the scenes here?

Nope, everything works good. Just a noticeable layout flicker

do u have some useEffects thata might trigger rerendering
