react icons can also be used inside server components. As you said: it's just HTML. So you can still use them wherever you want. And if you havent seen yet: https://react-icons.github.io/react-icons/icons/hi/

I want to use it in other framework that are not react based, and i find it too difficult for copying and pasting through inspect element

I don't know much about the licences but I have been using lucide icons, and it's far the best icon library out of all i've tried.
It also has the copy SVG feature

Very good resource i've missed part that they're actually very customizable
