I would like to know how to troubleshoot the ERR_CONNECTION_RESET issue when the application tries to call the API and returns the following error.

The problem only happens on one of my client's computers, but everything else works well.

Refreshing the page solved the problem. However, it caused a lot of trouble for the user who didn't know that it could be solved.
