I have a doubt about this topic. As an example, the Laravel framework has great project structure like model, controllers, services, views. So, My question is, is there a best and clean project structure with best practices ?

There is no single best pattern, there are many kinds of folder structure and is more of a preference
It doesnt make sense to use mvc structure in laravel for next.js because all the controllers are the routes and how next.js is built you cant really implement that structure
