Error when deploying to vercel

Im trying to deploy to vercel my nextjs project and i get this error, i tried to restart my PC, reopen VSC but i dont get why the error occurs

I get it instantly when hitting the enter key in the last question
I'm using nextjs 14.0.0 but I downgrade it from 14.2.6, where the same error occurs, just to see if it's a version bug

Try an older version of the vercel CLI maybe? Looks like the error is coming from it.
