whenever i use one of these hooks it returns this error :
⨯ TypeError: (0 , react__WEBPACK_IMPORTED_MODULE_4__.useActionState) is not a function or its return value is not iterable

and i just can't figure out a solution

Which specific version # are you using? Check the build logs
