I have an issue with my custom not-found.tsx page. When I go to the page, the css does not load and it looks like the image provided. I've noticed if I close and re-startup localhost the css seems to load fine, but once I go to a normal page and back to a 404 page, the css is once again like the image provided - not there. For reference, my app structure is provided, and the snow.js seems to load properly which makes me think the layout is still loading properly, the css just doesn't. I'm not sure why this is happening so any help would be appreciated.
