1. Anything upto you, go through the major registrars like namecheap, cloudflare etc and see which one is cheaper :D
I always go for namecheap tho
2. It should match you. So maybe find something related to ganesh
3. SEO is different from domains, make sure to add your domain to https://search.google.com/search-console and go through this https://nextjs.org/learn-pages-router/seo/introduction-to-seo
