Hello, i have a weird problem because my browser it doesn't matter what browser i use does not connect to webpack hmr and hot reload etc does not work

Im on Artix Linux OpenRC
it can be associated with that i dont have systemd?
Okay, it connected after some reloads but it just spams with this and still hot reload does not work.
