Hey Next.js community, I'd like to implement monitoring and tracing on my next.js application. I've seen that Next.js already offers “Instrumentation” functionality, so I'd like to couple the metrics offered by Next.js with other information linked to the external service I'm using: Prisma, TRPC.

I've looked everywhere, but haven't found a tutorial or template for this. Does anyone have any feedback to share and why not an example?
