Extremly high CPU usage and machine getting hot

Hi everyone, I think it's my next web app issue
I am running my react app at port 3002, when i open a single tab then everything is normal. If i open multiple tabs of 3002 . Then for some reason chrome uses heavy CPU resources to the extent that the machine itself becomes extremely hot physically (I only noticed it after it was hot).
But I clearly remember opening multiple tabs of my react app before without any issue
When I close the tabs with port 3002, everything goes to normal again. How to track down the issue ? Is it any useEffect, or any animation repeating over and over again or what it might be ?

- clearing cache from. browser
- tried safari browser with same issue
- shut down and restart machine
- clear cache from browser

I also had the similar experience and wasn't sure why but my best guess is hot reloading. As i go on making changes to my file continuously it also increases the number of hot reloads based on where that file is used. For instance, if component
A is used by both component B and C, editing A will update both B and C and will go on like that for other components as well. So I would usually take a break when it starts heating. I would even close the tab sometimes and after some interval it would cool down.
