Hello everyone,

I recently completed my website and added it to Google Search Console. I encountered many issues from Google Search Console and managed to resolve them one by one.

However, today I found that Google indexed my Inter font that is under the _next directory. Should I update my robots.txt to prevent Google from crawling the _next directory?

I have attached the screenshot.

Hi @Entlebucher Mountain Dog, I don't think it will affect your SEO for your site. but if u wanna block google to crawl the images u can go ahead with robots.txt

Arent assets like fonts and images under the static folder in that directory? Those are meant to be indexed right?

I don't understand why Google Search needs to index those folders.
It is being used by the website, but not required to show on the search results, right?
