yes i found out i have to use production build to be able to apply these changes. however on production it doesnt work

i basically have a server.js that applies https to my localhost with DEV set to false for production start script and on localhost it give me the correct value but in my specific page it is not. My all config is just using revalidate set to 3600 which results in below:
