Whats the most effective way to deploy an update to a self hosted environment. I have a small project that I dont have hosted and loadbalanced for now, whats the most effective way to rebuild with minimal downtime? I can spin up a second instance and throw it on the LB but im trying to do this without, I am just curious if I can get away with sub 2-3 minute downtime for rebuilding and starting back up.
-Is rebuilding in a separate directory, and changing the target for the Service most effective?
-No docker suggestions.

Personally, I build standalone on GitHub actions and then use webhook to invoke my VPS to install latest artefact and run it instead
