Hii, I'm new to nextjs and this is my first site in nextjs, I'm developing a static site .
In dev mode the Next Image are loaded without any problem, but after I build and put the out folder to my server the images not appearing. I checked the console of my browser
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
it work well with <img> tag but i want Next Image as it supports lazyload and other features.

Also i faced another issue in my project. I created new folders for privacypolicy and termsandconditions these two pages works fine on development, also it local production npm build && npm start but when i take the files from the out folder and put it in the server these 2 pages throw 404 error. All other pages that i previously created are working fine.
