I'm new to Next.js as a frontend developer, although I already have experience with Laravel for both frontend and backend development. I'm particularly fond of Next.js for frontend work, but I'm facing a challenge with choosing the right backend solution. I need a backend that is fast, powerful, and secure.
As I plan to build an online store with Next.js handling the frontend, could you recommend a backend solution that fits these requirements?

there is no best way. The best way does not exists. Not in developement not anywhere in the world in other topics. There are just good ways, with that you can solve your problems effectivly. So if nextjs can solve your problem, why dont use it? If nextjs cant solve your problem, but laravel can, then laravel is the best way for you. Maybe not for me or for anyone else. But for you its the best way

My own project is a complete online store in terms of payment, products and everything, so I am afraid of it

most projects are build with nextjs as backend. But if you already have a working laravel backend (with own endpoints of course), then use them
