I'm currently experiencing a issue where when I save changed code all the styling just goes away (like in the image)

After restarting the application everything works fine again for 5 mins...

There is no error.

I tried
- Switching browser + deleting whole browser history, cookies etc...
- Downgrading and upgrading next version
- Create a new next app and take the code over
- Switch from yarn -> next -> pnpm

Also other project that worked in the past for weeks now have the same issue

Please someone having a idea / solution?
