What should dashboard include?

I am building an e-commerce solution for a client and I'm wondering what a dashboard usually includes.
Does it typically incorporate CMS (Content Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Stripe integration, and analytics?
The client has requested a custom solution, but I'm unsure whether to merge CMS, CRM, and analytics into one app. Integrating Stripe data for sales might also be more time consuming.
I want to avoid overcomplicating things at the start.
Additionally, I need a way for the client to manage employee permissions and to check e-commerce users, sending marketing emails to those subscribed to the newsletter.
It doesn't make sense to build five different apps for this, but if that's the standard, I'll do it. I am just asking what agencies usually do for this kind of clients.

If you prefer the plattform, you should build the plattform. Keep in mind, that there are already plattforms like shopify with that you can easily create a ecommerce store. So find something, that is different from plattforms like shopify

that really depends on what you want to do. Do you want to go as agency more in the direction of building a ecommerce plattform (where it's easy for you or even your client to build their own shop) or do do want to make personal contracts? If you choose the first, you want to build a plattform, that integrates all and also all in the same app, because it's more efficent. If you want to do the second, it's better that each client has their own stuff

my goal is to get bunch of clients. I make just one template that reuse and add to it for each client. So what do you suggest? I preffer the platform thing.
