You have to store the scroll position in url parameter. That’s typically how it’s done.
Also his GitHub for that site is public lol why not look for how?

i mean if you scroll down and refresh i want to keep the position not became at top of the page

if you don't do anything funny with scrolling, it should just work. take for example https://motherfuckingwebsite.com, this site doesn't use any css or js and scroll already works fine
this doesn't require any code, or even you conciously attempting to implement it at all. it should just work, automatically.

Good sayin, but what if im using mui or antd,
what could be the css would help to use for the re-produce the default behavior after reload the page!
