Confusing logs during the build

Question

I am getting confused by the logs when I run the build command.I am using next 14 with app router.I have 11 pages, some of them are async and fetch data from the external api, rest are default non async.My build logs say first:Generating static pages (0/11)  [=   ]/users/createbut then  below says:Route (app)                              Size     First Load JS

ƒ  (Dynamic)  server-rendered on demandWhy would it say generating static pages if then says all are server-rendered on demand?

in the future there will be PPR (Partial Pre Rendering). That means, that everything, that can be static will be pre generated ("Generating static pages (0/11)  [=   ]/users/create") and everything, that is dynamically, will be streamed
