Need Help: Login and Sign up

Hello friends, I am building an app for the first time that requires me to sign in users. I know this may be a simple premise but I just have not done one yet and am wondering what is the best way to go about it. Should I use Auth0 or next-auth? Is there a video tutorial that some of you have seen that covers this well? I am looking for a user to be able to create an account, choosing from two user types and then being able to sign in smoothly, dont really need to be open ID yet.

Use auth.js/auth v5.
