Its not a good UX, and Also, we can just guide you on how to fix the problem. There is a very low chance someone will help you to make this from scratch
It looks like an IOS time picker. Find codepens or opensource projects with that, maybe you'll get lucky. Just did a quick search, yep there are some. You just got to modify it to be month and year.
