SEO - Is it a good idea to jam up metadata title ?

For example, say if my website is an apartment search website:

I can set the title as "Apartment for rent in Jacksonville, FL",

but I think if user search "Florida" instead of FL, it might miss, or "Apartment search" instead of "Apartment for rent".

So I am thinking of jamming it up with different versions, for example "Apartment for rent in Jacksonville, FL | Apartment for rent in Jacksonville, Florida | Apartment search in Jacksonville, Florida | Apartment available in Jacksonville, Florida".

Is this necessary? Or would it do more harm than good?

What is a good practice/good format of composing metadata?

Besides title field which I know if an important one, what other fields should I set that Googlebot will index on?

Thank you so much, I am new to SEO and have studied some documents but don't have real practice.✅

Be careful not to spam meta title
Google bot can see it as a spam and as you say it will do more harm than good(they will cut off some words if this is the case)
Generally this is where you do google seo reseach keywords
And include those in meta title
For example ahrefs keyword explorer is free and shows the volume search for a keyword or simple typing in a google search bar and look at the auto suggestion
And the relevenrat search keyword results at the bottom of the search page.
But generally you would use ahrefs or some provider to anaylse important long tail keywords that the user is search for and is relevant to your page.
